How to Upload Personal Photographs

Personal photographs are an essential part of creating a truly meaningful and personalized Memorial Archive. They bring warmth, familiarity, and a deep emotional connection to the memorial book, allowing family and friends to honour and remember their loved one in a way that feels authentic and personal.

Photographs are woven into various parts of the memorial book, including the Cover Page, Inscription Page, and Death Notice, to beautifully reflect the life and legacy of your loved one. You can also include images of places, items, or moments that hold special significance, ensuring that the memorial truly captures the essence of your loved one’s story.

We need ten to twelve photographs to include in the memorial books. You may have returned some physical photos, and now you can upload additional electronic photos using a We Transfer Link that we send to you at the time of order.  This link will include your loved one’s first name. 

When you click on the link, please insert your name and contact phone number in the Message panel.

·       Click on the Add files icon

·       Navigate to the folder containing the photos you wish to upload

·       Select the photos

·       Click on the Transfer Icon

RWL will receive a notification that you have uploaded photos.
