How to Return Your Physical Memorabilia

On receipt of an order, we will send you a postal box and a prepaid return label for you to send us the funeral memorabilia associated with your loved one’s passing.

Gather the items you wish to include, such as:

·       Mass cards

·       Sympathy cards

·       Memorial card, if available

·       Funeral attendance book

·       Photographs

Personal photographs are an essential part of creating a truly meaningful and personalized Memorial Archive. Ten to twelve photographs are required.  Physical photographs should be included in the postal box. And you can upload electronic photos using Upload Photos link that will be sent to you when you complete the purchase of your memorial books

Place the items in the Postal Box and secure it with the self-sealing strip. To further protect your funeral memorabilia was ask you to seal the Postal Box in a Mailing Bag.

Place the Prepaid Return Label on the Mailing Bag and drop the package into any Post Office

Once we receive your items, we will carefully digitize them and begin creating your bespoke memorial books. We will notify you as soon as your loved one’s Memorial Archive Page is available for viewing and sharing.
